Requirements
- Working on incident and request management
- Direct interaction with clients through email and Teams communication channels
- Ability to think on one's feet and work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of Sports (e.g. Football, Basketball)
- Basic understanding of XML, JSON, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Kibana
