ALTEN is a global engineering and technology consulting company looking for a Support Engineer N2/N3 to join their dynamic team in Lille. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents, assisting users and internal teams, and participating in continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience with incident management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Analytical spirit and ability to solve complex problems
  • Knowledge of networks and communication protocols

Requirements Summary

3+ years of professional experience in technical support N2/N3, solid knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, good level of English (written and oral)
