The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents, assisting users and internal teams, and participating in continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Experience with incident management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Analytical spirit and ability to solve complex problems
- Knowledge of networks and communication protocols
