We are looking for a motivated Support Engineer to strengthen our dynamic team. The position is ideally to be filled immediately at our location in Coburg. Frequent home office is possible.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Professional experience in support or service desk
- Good technical understanding of servers and networks
- Basic knowledge of Linux and MS Windows, as well as network components
- Practical experience with a ticket system like Omnitracker, ServiceNow or JIRA
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent German skills (both orally and in writing), as well as good English skills
- Solution- and customer-oriented approach
- High level of learning ability, independence, team player and diplomatic assertiveness
