We are looking for a motivated Support Engineer to strengthen our dynamic team. The position is ideally to be filled immediately at our location in Coburg. Frequent home office is possible.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Professional experience in support or service desk
  • Good technical understanding of servers and networks
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and MS Windows, as well as network components
  • Practical experience with a ticket system like Omnitracker, ServiceNow or JIRA
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Fluent German skills (both orally and in writing), as well as good English skills
  • Solution- and customer-oriented approach
  • High level of learning ability, independence, team player and diplomatic assertiveness
