The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible implementing Asset Management from an integration perspective. They will collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators and project teams to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years working in the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer Capacity
- Ability to wear multiple hats i.e. Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Admin/Developer, and tester as required
- Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors and stakeholders
- Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDB
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Solid interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation
- Minimum of 5+ years working on a team as part of a large IT organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
