The System Administrator I provides support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems. They manage IT system infrastructure, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution, and assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Two (2) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM)
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification
