System Implentation Manager, Bi-Lingual (Korean and English)

Seeking an experienced Outsystems System Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of a new Customer Service (CS) system. The role will be based in the Ridgefield Park, NJ office, with on-site presence required.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Korean
• PMP
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
• Outsystems certification (highly desirable)
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or a related field
• Strong project and program management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across business functions
• Confident public speaker; able to present project goals and outcomes to varied audiences
• Leadership potential with experience mentoring and training junior staff
• Experience with SaaS tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP
