We are seeking an experienced Outsystems System Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of a new Customer Service (CS) system. The role will involve leading internal company process improvement projects and initiatives, facilitating business requirement gathering, and managing project documentation.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- PMP
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance
- Outsystems certification (highly desirable)
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or a related field
- Experience with SaaS tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP
