- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Active Directory
- Experience with shared drives, folder creations, granting permissions
- Access management
- Experience revising and updating SOP's
- Ticketing systems (EARRS, ServiceNow, ESP)
