The role involves creating documentation, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internships (2-3 years+)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependability and flexibility, being on-call or available outside of regular work hours
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V, and VMware
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Experience with ticketing and RMM tools (e.g., ServiceNOW, ConnectWise toolsets, etc)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), network management, and common IT tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
