The company is seeking a Systems Support Engineer to administer and support Citrix ADC and Azure load balancers, troubleshoot incidents, and perform technical problem solving across multiple technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Citrix ADC administration and configuration
- 1-2 years of Azure experience (plus)
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality
