Requirements

• Resolve recruitment-related requests via the Workday recruiting platform and ServiceNow
• Initiate and monitor pre-employment verifications globally to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with Managers, Recruiters, Candidates, and other stakeholders to streamline processes
• Manage hires and transfers in the Workday Recruiting system
• Oversee and process backend recruitment activities to maintain operational excellence
• Participate in testing activities within Workday to enhance system functionality
• Actively contribute to change process initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Engage in various project activities to support organizational goals
• Provide process updates for the Global TA team and TA Ops team and keep everyone informed
• Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the Employer
