Team Lead, People Solutions

Visa is a world leader in payments and technology, with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year. The Team Lead, People Solutions will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the enterprise HRIS, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex data errors and inconsistencies. They will also be responsible for making mass data updates, recommending process improvements, and supporting the creation of reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master's or MBA)
• Experience using enterprise-scale HRIS Workday or similar and Case Management systems like ServiceNow or similar
