The Technical Consultant is a vital contributor ensuring that Flexera products are onboarded and configured to meet customer needs and goals. This role involves understanding and prioritising technology intelligence, providing expert consultation, and delivering functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations.
Requirements
- Domain knowledge to an expert level in one product set, and preferred working knowledge in two or more product sets.
- Base knowledge of the following: Computer/Hardware Networking, Data Science & Analytics, Delivering Cloud Computing Services, Using Customer Relationship Management Software (e.g., SFDC, Gainsight), Using Collaboration and productivity software, API programming (e.g., Powershell or equivalent) Graph QL, Knowledge of a 3rd Party ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC)
- Domain expertise in Core SAM Technologies, Domain expertise in Snow Products (e.g., Automation Platform, Risk Monitor, Commander, Snow Cloud Cost), Data {expand on Data capabilities} Relationship DB etc
- Resource Management and Operations, Coordination and Time Management, Project Management, Industry Knowledge, Supporting Sales Communication and Marketing of Products and Services, Customer Experience, Innovation & Creativity: Building capability & experience for: Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Critical Thinking, Systems Thinking (Process Improvement)
