As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you'll lead workshops, elicit requirements, craft solutions, and articulate Workday concepts. You'll work on multiple projects with high-profile clients, leading ServiceNow workstreams from requirements gathering to user training.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
- TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM
- Ability to configure Catalogue Items, and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
- Previous implementation project experience
- ServiceNow Certifications and CSA desirable
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
