Technical-Functional Analyst on ServiceNow Platform

Leonardo is seeking a Technical-Functional Analyst on the ServiceNow platform for their offices in Rome/Pomigliano D'Arco, Italy. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in software development and a degree in STEM subjects. The position involves coordinating technical and multidisciplinary teams, planning software development activities, and providing technical-functional analysis for new software development activities.

Requirements

• Degree in STEM subjects
• 3-5 years of experience in software development
• In-depth knowledge of Software Life Cycle (Feasibility, Analysis, Development, Testing and Release to Production)
• In-depth knowledge of Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Microsoft Office package and collaboration tools
• ServiceNow platform
• OpenText platform
• Knowledge of web/digital platforms
• Knowledge of some of the following technologies: Oracle, MySql, SQL Server
• Knowledge of a programming language among the following: Java, C++, Perl, Python
