We are looking for a Technical Lead- ServiceNow to define requirements, create a CMDB blueprint, and own the technical platform and processes. The role involves selecting tools, constructing and populating data, and facilitating configuration management audits. The successful candidate will also oversee the design and testing of reports, review and approve changes to the Configuration Management System, and work to fulfill service requests.
