Chubb is seeking a Technical Lead to develop and enhance platforms to support digital experience process and automation needs. The ideal candidate will have a combination of development capabilities and the ability to work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine feasibility and deliver effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations across multiple complex systems
- ServiceNow Certified Developer
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) and presenting solutions to leadership
- Understanding of the SaaS (software as a service) business & technology model
- Strong organization and process improvement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with machine learning and natural language understanding a plus
