The Experience Team (EX) is responsible for building innovative software that makes workflows smarter. As an Emerging Talent Intern, you'll contribute to critical work, build upon your skills and knowledge, and work closely with a Design Program Manager.
Requirements
- Actively enrolled university students, or recent university graduates, are not eligible.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from liberal arts and writing backgrounds, are highly encouraged to apply.
- Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from Design related courses, are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to commit full-time during program dates.
- Have knowledge or project experience in successfully applying design methods to solving problems and/or project management experience.
- A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable interfacing with various types of people and roles, either in presentation setting, informal stakeholder interviews, or large meetings.
- Ready to showcase your work and/or projects in form of portfolio or other formats is required at time of interview.
