We’re in an exciting area of tech and are reshaping the data storage industry. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives and drive large-scale remediation efforts. This role requires strategic coordination, technical depth, and a focus on customer impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership
- Strong understanding of storage systems, hardware/software lifecycles, and large-scale product deployments
- Proven experience in incident management, postmortem/root cause analysis, and customer-facing remediation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Tableau, and project management frameworks
