We are seeking a Technical Specialist - ServiceNow Platform to support and lead implementations of ServiceNow Platform capabilities across multiple domains. The role will drive Platform adoption through implementation of solutions leveraging the ServiceNow technology stack.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years in a ServiceNow Process Analyst or Technical Analyst
  • Strong ITIL experience and/or certification
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications / credentials is a plus - ie: Certified System Admin (CSA), Micro-certifications
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions in large organizations

Requirements Summary
