We are seeking a Technical Support Lead with experience in application and infrastructure support to provide L2 production support for critical shared services platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Unix, SQL, and Linux systems, as well as hands-on scripting experience and experience with tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • ITIL/ ITSM certification is preferable
