We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team in support of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Service Management Platform (SMP) Support Services.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, English, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or related fields
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow products, modules (ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, HR, Security), and applications
- Proven experience in collaborative writing environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship
