Banner Health is seeking a Technology Analyst IV to support the IT Incident Management process. This role will refine, review, and introduce process improvements, working closely with incident response teams and product teams across IT.
Requirements
- Supporting the Banner Health IT Incident Management process
- Refining, reviewing, and introducing process improvements
- Working closely with incident response teams and product teams across IT
- Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree with 6-8+ years of related experience
- Past experience/interest with incident, change and problem management via ITIL framework best practices
- Audit compliance experience
- Multitasking abilities
- Strong communications skills
- Experience with teaching/training others
- Experience with ServiceNow
