Provide day-to-day technical leadership to operations team managing multiple critical applications hosted on Mainframe, provide L2/L3 level support to multiple batch and online applications executing on the mainframe, and partner with cross-commit, development and business teams to ensure quality solutions are being provided.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of overall hands-on experience in support and development roles in IBM Mainframe
- Strong working knowledge COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, VSAM, CICS, NDM/FTP
- Experience working on mainframe tools such as file manager, fault analyzer, job schedulers, CHGMAN
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of AWS Datalake, ETL and incident management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA will be added advantage
