The Technology Release Manager is responsible for facilitating the completion of Release Management activities across Westpac NZ technology delivery. The role requires 5-10+ years of experience in technical release train management and/or change management with experience in any form of a Digital, Software, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in technical release train management and/or change management with experience in any form of a Digital, Software, or Infrastructure Engineering role
- A strong understanding of technical systems, specifically platforms experience
- Experience managing multiple CI/CD DevOps pipelines is preferred
- IT service management tools such as ServiceNow preferred
- Excellent communication skills in communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve release management processes
