Deutsche Bank is seeking a Technology Service Analyst - Level 1 to provide end user support and maintenance of the end user environment. The successful candidate will have proven experience in end user support processes and knowledge of ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in related end user support processes
  • Initial previous experiences with ServiceNow as a ticketing system are a plus
  • Track record of your ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of Luxemburg regulations and experience in the financial sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university (or equivalent Diploma) is preferred and/or 3+ years professional experience in IT related areas
  • Fluent in English and German (written/verbal)
