Deutsche Bank is seeking a Technology Services Analyst to provide first and second level support to end users, maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, and coordinate ITIL related processes. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience in related end user support processes, knowledge of Luxemburg regulations, and experience in the financial sector.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in related end user support processes
  • Initial previous experiences with ServiceNow as a ticketing system
  • Knowledge of Luxemburg regulations and experience in the financial sector

Requirements Summary

5+ years professional experience in IT related areas, Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English and German
