Provide users with guidance and first-level support by assisting in problem resolution. Act as key contact for on-site and remote computer users w.r.t PC/Server networking issues, Email, LAN/WAN, IP Telephony, IT Asset Inventory, Production IT problems and enquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
