GovCIO is hiring a Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's IT Infrastructure Support Services program. The analyst will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborate with IT teams and vendors, and provide mentorship and training to junior staff.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in a complex Government IT environment
  • Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document and manage incidents and service requests
