- An experienced Service Integration SME/Architect/Solutions architect/Consultant
- 3+ years of hands on experience in IT Service Integration design, transition or operations processes
- 3+ years of hands on experience in business analysis and configuration or administration of ITSM modules of ServiceNow Platform
