Zayo is seeking a Vice President of Front Office Applications, Middleware, and Back Office Systems to lead the strategic development, integration, and management of the organization's application ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven success in driving digital transformation through Cloud Native Application development, Application modernization, and agile.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of leadership experience in managing enterprise applications, middleware, and back-office systems within large-scale, complex environments.
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in middleware technologies, including ServiceNow and API management tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and HR platforms like Workday.
  • Familiarity with modern application architectures, including microservices and cloud-native development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale projects, and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
