Job description
LPL Financial is seeking a VPII, Head of IT Service Operations to lead the Service Operations team and oversee 24/7 operations for incident management, critical incident management, problem management, and infrastructure site reliability support. The successful candidate will have expertise in cloud technologies, data center solutions, and operating system support, as well as experience with ServiceNow modules and SLA management. The role is responsible for building strong customer and stakeholder relationships, conducting root cause analysis, and integrating reports and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in increasing levels of responsibility managing technology operations
- Expertise in providing production operations for cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management, and reports
- Experience in the selection and management of SLAs for technology vendor partners
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
