The Senior Developer (Service Management) is a versatile and highly motivated individual who works directly with Global Admin Tool lead role to support Process Owners and all IT teams on the functional requirements definition, design, implementation and maintenance of our Service Management tool (ServiceNow).
Requirements
- Proficient on ServiceNow tool.
- Experience in UI design using JavaScript, HTML, and Good knowledge of web design.
- Experience with Service Portal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in a fast-paces dynamic environment.
- Solid Development / Administrator background.
Requirements Summary
5+ years of IT experience, 2+ years as a System Administrator of a service management application, 1-2 years of client scripting experience
