Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC
• Expertise in designing and architecting scalable risk and compliance solutions
• 6+ years of hands-on development experience
• Ability to lead development teams and mentor junior developers
• Deep knowledge of IRM, Policy & Compliance, Risk, and Audit modules
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, client scripts
• IRM implementation experience is a must
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow experience
• Exposure to GRC/IRM modules preferred
• Enthusiastic learners with a passion for compliance automation
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing
• Expertise in writing and executing test cases for GRC modules
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automated testing tools
