Windows Engineer

Join Mizuho as a Windows Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, specifically focusing on M365 and Active Directory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on variety of projects and troubleshoot complex issues related to M365, Active Directory, Exchange, Proofpoint, and Teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience (Financial industry preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Windows Engineer with a focus on M365 and Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of Exchange and Teams and other messaging platforms
• Experience with Proofpoint or similar products
• Extensive experience with ITIL based IT Service Management procedures (ServiceNow preferred platform)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with system upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Expertise with VMware Horizon, Citrix XenApp or AVD is a plus
