We're seeking a Workday Analyst with expertise in Talent Management to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, a deep understanding of talent processes, and a passion for delivering innovative HR solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday
- Focus on Talent Management modules is desirable
- Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, and reporting.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in Workday Talent Management or other Workday modules.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in talent acquisition, performance, and career development.
- Experience in Agile development environments; ServiceNow, Jira
