The Workday Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday platform within the organization. This role works closely with Human Resources, Finance, and IT teams to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the system, aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday as a configurator or technical engineer.
- Experience with at least two Workday modules.
- Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, APIs).
- Knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex integrations.
- Desirable experience with tools like ClickUp, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar.
