Autodesk is searching for a Workday Production Support Analyst to optimize Workday to support its People to deliver an amazing employee experience. The candidate will have an opportunity to work on configuring, supporting, and optimizing the design, development, and performance of Workday and related business data systems and processes globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in Workday Functional
- Workday certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge in more than one module in Workday, Workday Core HCM & Compensation knowledge is preferable
- Conversant with Support practices and is sensitive to SLA
- Good to have: Ticket handling in ServiceNow
- Good to have: Experience with Agile Methodologies
