As a Service Manager within the Workday Post-Production/AMS Services Team, you'll be responsible for financial/legal management, governance, and reporting for each customer, partnering with customers and Client Directors, and establishing meaningful relationships. You'll also manage escalations, navigate challenges, and leverage ServiceNow and Workday PSA to manage deliverables and priorities.
