Workday Services Dev Ops Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Professional with strong analysis & delivery capabilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all business requirements are gathered, documented, and met.

Requirements

• Experience with management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Ability to drive a delivery forward in a complex organisation
• Understanding of WAGILE and Dev Ops delivery methodology including project lifecycles and test cycles
• Experience of managing all adoption-related activities, including communications, documentation and training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A solid understanding of both ITIL and Agile delivery principles
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of HR, Finance and Professional Services Applications, such as Workday or other Tier 1 ERP would be an advantage
• Experience of Change Management within Jira/Confluence and ServiceNow and advantage
