We are looking for a Workforce Systems Advisor to provide first-level support for Kronos (MyTime) system issues, queries, and reports. In this role, you will case manage Kronos-related resolutions across Time & Attendance, Absence, and workforce management, collaborating with internal teams and external providers.
Requirements
- Experienced user of Kronos as an administrator and advisor
- A demonstrated knowledge of HR processes is highly desirable
- Experience in provision of Helpline support in large organisations or similar expertise
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to provide quick, effective solutions to customers
- Effective problem-solving skills, including decision making, time management and immediate prioritisation of tasks assigned
- Proficient in the use of ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
- Ability to operate under pressure, multi-task and maintain accuracy of work
