We are seeking a 1st Line IT Call Center Agent (Freelance) to join our team. As a 1st Line IT Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming tickets from our customers via phone and chat channels. You will offer remote support to end-users, assist with software and hardware issues, and provide training on best practices.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk and Direct Customer Support role (or similar)
- Proven experience in Active Directory (Microsoft and Azure), Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc.), ITSM Tools (Jira or ServiceNow), Software Installations, and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of common operating systems, software, and audio-visual applications
- Ability to provide support over the phone & chat
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a multicultural environment
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work responsibly and multitask
