At Elanco, we are looking for a passionate and engaged individual to help us manage our demand, business engagement & communication, acting as a liaison to other IT teams as part of the TechOps Lead Team (TOLT).

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience working in leadership roles
  • 5+ years' experience in program, project or delivery roles
  • 5+ years' strategic business engagement experience
  • Strong communication skills with examples of being able to explain things in a simple and concise way
  • Strong influence skills across all levels of IT and third parties
  • Strong people and facilitation skills, able to manage up
  • Experience in multiple demand and delivery methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile)
  • Strong digital skills with experience using modern project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira, Linear)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with service management technologies (e.g., ServiceNow) a plus
  • Able to create an environment that is transparent, collaborative and respectful
