AV Technical Specialist role in London, UK, supporting a global leader in Audio Visual and Unified Communications technology. The position involves technical management of onsite AV systems, first point of contact for L2 technical issues, and ongoing training of in-house AV Technicians and Global IT support.

Requirements

  • Deep technical understanding of digital and analogue audio and video signal processing standards and protocols
  • Familiarity with audio-visual engineering disciplines associated with AV equipped meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Proven industry experience in fields relating to technical management of AV environments
  • Proven technical fault-finding experience, preferably demonstrated through a service desk or field service environment
  • Avixa CTS – D
  • Has completed QSYS Level 1&2
  • Knowledge of QSC Designer, Crestron Toolbox, Cisco Control Hub, Crestron NVX
  • Has completed Crestron AV over IP/Working with XiO Cloud
  • Experience in the use of incident management tools such as ServiceNow
