Advisory Solution Consultant, Partners

We are seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to support our Global Partnerships and Channel partners. In this role, you will be expected to help partners define their Go To Market (GTM) strategy and plan for Managed Services and Resell, and provide pre-sales support, technical product and architecture advice, and ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience, ideally in the IT Service provider’s space
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Strong sales mindset, flexible and agent of change
• Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions
• Quick adoption and understanding of industry/vertical business challenges and mapping how ServiceNow can help transform those verticals
• Strong facilitation skills, to encourage clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution design by the relevant players
• Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize
• Executive presence, strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive – must thrive in a dynamic environment
• Talented at explaining complex topics clearly and concisely, and effective at providing practical guidance
• Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing
• Experience and understanding of multiple technical domains - application, data, integration, big data, mobility, analytics, etc.
• Excellent understanding of the architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation
• Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP’s, and CXO’s)
• Fluent in German and English languages
