Join Kyndryl as an Alliance Leader and drive growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives. As a results-driven professional, you will lead a team to expand Kyndryl's services, signings, and revenue, and work closely with esteemed Alliance Partners to co-create offerings that revolutionize the industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong Alliance experience
  • Past experience managing a region in Austria and/or Switzerland, including P&L responsibilities
  • Deep knowledge of Alliances (i.e., all 3 hyperscalers: Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud, and/or other key non-hyperscaler alliances such as ServiceNow, SAP, etc.)
  • Experienced team lead or manager with business accountability
  • Ability to establish a network of contacts within industries, discuss multi-alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and trends
  • Outstanding management and relationship skills, with the ability to impact and influence stakeholders
  • Fluent in both German and English, verbally and in writing
