Requirements

• Completed education (HTL, FH, university and/or experience in the bank IT environment)
• Proficient in utilizing ServiceNow for IT Service Management and process automation
• Understand the IT landscape and have experience in IT Service Management and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
