Analyst, Software Asset Management, Flexera

The Analyst, Software Asset Management, will work closely with IT teams to maintain records and databases for the organization's software assets. The role includes evaluating and handling multiple license types, supporting software compliance audits, and maintaining an effective software management program.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Software Asset Management Analyst
• BS/BA or equivalent years’ work experience in related field
• Proficient SAM experience with Flexera and ITSM experience with ServiceNow
• Proven experience and knowledge of Tier 1 software publishers
• Ability to calculate vendor licensing models
• Strong experience in configuration management, asset lifecycle management, process improvement and compliance
• Proven experience working with a CMDB and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification or equivalent process implementation experience
• IAITAM Certification
• Strong data analysis skills including expertise in MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
