Kentro is hiring an Application Administrator to support the VA End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract within the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the daily routine operations and maintenance of IT software system applications, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or graduate of Technical School
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Oral and written technical and non-technical to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to respond clearly to questions
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow administration and implementation across various ITSM modules especially HAM Pro & SAM Pro
  • Hands-on experience with platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Aptitude to address sensitive situations and positively resolve them
