We are Netcompany-Intrasoft, a leading European IT Solutions and Services company, seeking an Application Support Agent to manage service requests and incidents, and perform problem and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of professional experience in application support or a similar IT role.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to change.
- Proficient with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Familiar with EU Institutions IT environments would be an asset.
- Strong understanding of authentication systems (MFA, SSO, TPM), mobile OS (iOS, Android), and API integration.
- Knowledge of IT security principles and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
