We are Netcompany-Intrasoft, a leading European IT Solutions and Services company, seeking an Application Support Agent to manage service requests and incidents, and perform problem and change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of professional experience in application support or a similar IT role.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to change.
  • Proficient with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Familiar with EU Institutions IT environments would be an asset.
  • Strong understanding of authentication systems (MFA, SSO, TPM), mobile OS (iOS, Android), and API integration.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
